Whether transforming a family’s current home or maximizing the potential of an investment, Apple’s hands-on approach and attention to detail set her apart.

Since co-founding Verge in 2016, Apple has played a key role in expanding the company from a general brokerage to a full-scale contracting and construction firm. With Verge Property Management, established in 2019, Apple and her team provide end-to-end services, handling everything from acquisitions and renovations to divestments and rentals. Her broad knowledge of real estate allows her to offer a seamless experience at every stage, making sure clients feel supported, whether they’re building from the ground up or upgrading a property for resale.

As one of the few women licensed in both construction and electrical work, Apple is proud to lead by example in a traditionally male-dominated field. Her focus remains on delivering exceptional results while building long-term relationships with clients, many of whom return for her expertise time and time again.

Outside of work, Apple is an adventurer at heart. She loves exploring new cultures, especially during her travels to Portugal, France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants, giving back to her community through local charity work, and spending quality time with her family.
